Shipping Policy
Estimated shipping and delivery timelines for orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 5-7 days for orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@medcresta.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues ASAP.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package from the third party website of the courier company/our website company 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Medcresta, we keep customer satisfaction as our utmost priority, therefore we are answerable for all the products brought on our website. We accept, replacement and cancellation if there is any mistake on our end, under the below conditions.
If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us within 3 days via email or by filing return form under Helpdesk, so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Also, the product must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.
If you happen to receive a defective product, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to support@medcresta.com or by filing return form under Helpdesk within 3 days of the purchase. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
Products acknowledged as 'damaged' or 'defective' will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of replacement accordingly.
For returns and replacements, please provide us the proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture and sending it to support@medcresta.com No replacement will be issued without proofs.
Once Medcresta approves the replacement, a new product will be couriered back to you. After the replacement has been initiated, as per the Replacement Policy, the replacement is expected to reach to the customer within 5-7 Business Days.
The customer may cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. If, for any other reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at support@medcresta.com
