1. Shipping Charges
Within India:

Orders above ₹500 – Free Shipping

Orders below ₹500 – ₹50 shipping fee applies
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery within India:

3–5 working days for most locations

7–10 days for remote or less accessible areas
International delivery: Delivery times vary based on destination and local customs processes.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to unexpected delays beyond our control. We will notify you in case of any such delays.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once an order is placed:

It is sent to our processing department

Then moves to the packaging team

Finally, it is handed over to the courier partner
This process typically takes up to 24 hours on working days.
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your package:

Via the courier partner’s website, using the tracking number

Or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
Tracking is generally available 24 hours after dispatch.
5. Invoices & Receipts
A digital invoice will be emailed once your order is successfully processed.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If an order is returned due to customer’s absence or incorrect address, we will contact you. Depending on the case, you may:

Pay additional charges to have the order re-delivered

Receive a refund excluding delivery costs, if the product is in resalable condition
If the delivery failure is due to our error, we will resend the item free of charge.
Orders not returned to us will not be eligible for refund or redelivery.
Important:
We cannot amend delivery addresses after the order is placed. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?
We’re here to help! If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify for replacement:
You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

The condition of the outer packaging

The process of opening the box
-
The damaged or incorrect product inside
✅ Important:
You must email the unboxing video and issue details to support@medcresta.in within 12 hours of delivery.
Once we receive your video and validate the claim:
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will offer:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement product, free of cost
Examples of eligible returns:

Item is damaged and cannot be used as intended

You received the wrong product or model
Returns will not be accepted if:

No unboxing video is provided

The video is unclear or edited

The complaint is raised after 12 hours from delivery

The product is used or not in its original condition
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing support@medcresta.com
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If cancelled in time, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
