Replacement and Cancellation Policy

At Medcresta, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we take full responsibility for the products purchased through our website. We offer replacements and accept cancellations if an error occurs on our end, under the conditions outlined below.

 


 

Mandatory Condition – Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video of the product (from opening the sealed package until the product is fully shown) is mandatory for all replacement or return requests.

Requests made without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Additionally, if you receive a product with any issue, you must report it to support@medcresta.in within 12 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and images.

 


 

Replacement Conditions

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 12 hours via email or by submitting the return form under Helpdesk.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • With the unboxing video provided, we will arrange for the return and send you the correct product.

 


 

Defective or Damaged Product

If you receive a defective or damaged product, share the unboxing video and images with us at support@medcresta.in within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Products acknowledged as defective or damaged will be reverse-picked by us.

  • Once received and verified at our facility, the replacement process will be initiated.

 


 

Proof Requirement

Unboxing video + images are compulsory for all claims (wrong product, damage, or defect).

No replacement or cancellation request will be processed without valid proof.

 


 

Replacement Timeline

Once Medcresta approves the replacement, a new product will be dispatched.

Replacements are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after initiation.

 


 

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
