Warranty Conditions – Medcresta
Thank you for choosing a Medcresta product. Please review the warranty terms and conditions below carefully:
1. Coverage Limitations
This warranty does not cover physical damage, including:

Breakage or cracks in the body of the product.

Internal damage caused by dropping the unit or impact from heavy objects.

Damage caused by spillage of liquids or other substances (including water damage).
Malfunctions due to misuse or neglect are not covered, including:

Abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper maintenance.

Servicing or repair by unauthorized personnel.

Failure to follow operational instructions.
2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or poor workmanship, at the discretion of Medcresta, if the fault is due to defective materials or manufacturing defects.
Parts and accessories not covered under warranty will be replaced at an additional cost.
3. Claim Process
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period, along with a valid purchase invoice issued by Medcresta or an authorized distributor.
Medcresta reserves the right to deny warranty service if:

Incomplete or unclear information is provided.

The product shows signs of misuse or tampering.
4. Additional Terms
Periodic check-ups or routine maintenance are not included under this warranty.
On-site service is not offered. Customers must:

Bring or send the product to the Medcresta service center (location within India, as decided by the manufacturer).

Bear the risk and cost of transportation.

Pay for inspection charges if the warranty claim is rejected.
5. Other Conditions

The customer is responsible for arranging alternatives for the patient during the repair period.

Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Medcresta reserves the right to make changes to its products without prior notice and is under no obligation to update previously sold units.
